LIVEfor TimberNook

Sauk City, WI

Many children's programs today are tightly scheduled and overly directed, leaving too little room for meaningful play. At LIVEfor, we protect time for childhood, confidence-building, calmer nervous systems, and the kind of creativity, problem solving, and peer connection that grows through movement. Our outdoor offerings invite children of varied abilities to imagine freely, test themselves, meet challenges, and experience real play in nature. TimberNook programming is research-informed and guided by our pediatric physical therapist, Kathryn Kraft and our Physical Therapist Assistant, Katie Tredinnick who have become licensed TimberNook providers. With over 30 years of combined experience working with kids of all ages, Katie and Kathryn are tapping into the therapeutic benefits of being in nature in order to foster trust and independence in kids to help them go confidently in the direction of their dreams.
